Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items

Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo, cosmetics (creams, liquids), electronic cigarettes, nail polish.

Prohibited items: drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, etc.

Part 3. Rules for calculating weight

Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/8000=KG).

Part 4. Cargo weight & size requirements

Maximum size requirements for square-shaped goods: length + width + height ≤ 90CM, length of one side ≤ 60CM. Minimum size requirement for square-shaped goods: surface size shall not be less than 15*10CM.

Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions

Goods with declared value higher than 150 Euros are not accepted.

Order requirements:

1, IOSS number is required when placing an order, it cannot be empty and can be filled in by writing IM + 10 digits; customs code is not required.

2, VAT starts at €0. VAT incurred in the destination country is paid by the recipient, who has to pay both VAT and handling fees.

3, Customs clearance fees (fees vary by EU member state and are approximately 5-15 Euros per ticket).

4, In order to improve customs clearance time, please do not use general characters such as sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts, Tools, etc. in the item description. If the customs clearance is delayed or returned due to discrepancies in declaration, all consequences will be borne by the sender.

Part 6. Delivery area

Spain: The first 2 digits of the zip code of the main delivery area: 01-06, 08-34, 36-37, 39-50.

France: The first two digits of the postcode code of the non-delivery area: 96, 97, 98, 00. BFPO/POBOX, military address.

Italy: Non-delivery cities:Livigno-Trepalle, Campione d’Italia, San Marino and the Vatican City.

Denmark: The first two digits of the zip code of the non-delivery area: 39, FO.

Portugal: Non-delivery area post code beginning: 9.

Part 7. Compensation clause

If the customer does not have insurance, we will compensate according to the following methods:

A: registered all lost compensation standards: no free shipping and registration fees, compensation for the declared value, up to 30EUR.

B: Show signed receipt, but the customer feedback did not receive the package, our company will assist in the inquiry, but do not provide compensation.

Part 8. Return and redelivery

France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Malta, Cyprus & Estonia: No return domestic service. Provide secondary re-dispatch service, the standard is: if the parcel is returned due to the recipient not at home/rejected, wrong address or incomplete address, the re-dispatch fee is charged at 60RMB/ ticket. Other countries: no return service.

Part 9. Cautions

CE certification information and CE marking on the product is required for electronic products.

EU countries: If the customer provides the IOSS number, the VAT will not be charged in advance; if the customer does not provide the IOSS number, it will be regarded as the customer’s choice to prepay the VAT service, and our company will charge according to the standard VAT rate of each EU member state + 2% handling fee.
