Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items

Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo.

Prohibited items: knives, bows and crossbows, drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, flora and fauna, etc.

Part 3. Rules for calculating weight

Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/6000=KG).

Part 4. Cargo weight & size requirements

Minimum weight is 50g, less than 50g are billed according to 50g, maximum weight is 30kg. size regulation: length + width + height ≤ 200cm, the longest side ≤ 105cm.

Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions

Tax free within 50 USD, low declaration is prohibited. (Under-declaration for high-value products will be considered a serious violation by Customs and will incur high fines. Currently Customs charges the consignee a penalty of 100% of the approved value in addition to customs duties on such products at the approved value.)

Part 6. Delivery area

All of Brazil. Due to the large size of Brazil and the uneven development of the regions, the delivery will be faster in the states of São Paulo and Rio and slower in remote areas.

Part 7. Compensation clause

1. If the parcels are not delivered to the Brazilian post office, they will be considered lost after 90 natural days from the date of customs clearance, and the compensation will be up to RMB100 per ticket according to the declared value, and the shipping cost will be refunded.

2. If the parcels stolen after scanning by Brazil post office, with the signature of Brazil post office, Brazil post office confirms the claim is established, the compensation standard of the post office can be followed and the maximum is not more than RMB100/ticket, without refunding the shipping cost. (Brazil post office does not confirm the claim we do not do any compensation).

Part 8. Return and redelivery

Returned to overseas warehouse due to unknown address and other reasons. (30 days free warehouse rental period)

Parcels returned to overseas warehouse for re-delivery will be subject to re-delivery charges depending on the weight of the re-delivered goods.

Part 9. Cautions

1. The Brazilian post office has strict requirements for filling in the recipient’s phone number. Only 10 or 11 digits are allowed. The landline phone number in Brazil is 8 digits, the cell phone is 9 digits, and the area code is two digits.

2. Province and state address must correspond with the zip code, does not correspond to the delivery failure will result.

3. The recipient’s CPF (individual)/CNPJ (company) is required according to customs regulations. Reference style: 

A: CNPJ NO.(Company-XX.XXX.XXX/XXXX-XX) 14 digits

B: CPF NO. (Individual – XXX.XXX.XXX/XX) 11 digits.
