Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items
Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo, cosmetics (creams, liquids), electronic cigarettes, nail polish.
Prohibited items: drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, etc.
Part 3. Rules for calculating weight
Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/6000=KG).
Part 4. Cargo weight & size requirements
Minimum weight is 50g, less than 50g are billed according to 50g, maximum weight is 30kg. Size requirements: maximum size 67CM * 47CM * 39CM (special attention, send packstation address of the package, the size of 60cm * 30cm * 30cm range)
Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions
Goods with declared value higher than 150 Euros are not accepted.
Order requirements:
1, IOSS number is not required, without IOSS number you can choose prepaid VAT service, if you need prepaid VAT service, please contact our customer service staff in time.
2, VAT starts at €0. VAT incurred in the destination country is paid by the recipient, who has to pay both VAT and handling fees.

Part 7. Compensation clause
1) Compensation acceptance deadline: applications must be made within 30 days after shipment, and will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
2) If the goods are lost during the period from our company to the service provider, after our company confirms the loss, we will refund the shipping cost (all shipping costs, including the registered fee), up to 200RMB/ticket.
3) If the goods are lost after arriving at the service provider, the shipping cost (all shipping costs, including registered charges) will not be refunded after confirmation of the lost goods by our company, and the claim amount will be subject to DHL’s reply.
Claim Information Request:
A. If the service provider confirms that the item is lost, a screenshot of the online refund from the platform must be provided.
B. The package is lost in the process of transit in our company, i.e. the end service provider does not pick it up, no need to provide supporting information.
The official website shows the signed receipt, but the customer said he did not receive the package, our company will assist in the inquiry, but do not provide compensation.
Part 8. Return and redelivery
1、If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse, the return fee is 55 RMB/ticket, customers can choose to re-dispatch to Germany (Germany only), the re-dispatch fee is 50 RMB/ticket.
2、The re-dispatch period is 12 days, that is, within 12 days from the notification of parcel return, the customer can choose to re-dispatch, if not reply, after more than 12 days, the parcel will be destroyed by default.
Part 9. Cautions
CE certification information and CE marking on the product is required for electronic products.
For parcels sent more than 20 days after the order is generated, DHL will charge an additional 30 RMB per ticket for logistics.
