Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items
Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo, matching battery cargo.
Prohibited items: drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, etc.
Part 3. Rules for calculating weight
Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/8000=KG).
Part 4. Cargo weight & size requirements
Maximum weight is 30kg. The length of one side cannot exceed 50CM, and the length + width cannot exceed 80CM.
Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions
Goods with declared value higher than 135GBP are not accepted. Use English to fill in the order information correctly, the recipient’s name and detailed address should be accurate and complete, and do not use general words such as Sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts, Tools, etc. in the description of the goods.
Part 6. Delivery area
The whole of the UK (mainland and its dependent islands) is available for delivery. Overseas territories and dependent islands are not available for delivery.
Part 7. Compensation clause
If the goods are lost, compensation will be paid according to the declared value, up to 200RMB per ticket. 25 days for submitting the open check within the issuance of the goods inquiry and claim, no compensation will be accepted afterwards.
Part 8. Return and redelivery
If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse, the return fee is 20 RMB/ticket. Redelivery fee 40RMB/ticket.
Part 9. Cautions
Sellers (platform sellers or direct sellers) are responsible for filing tax returns with HMRC in the UK. If there is a problem with the seller’s VAT/EORI resulting in abnormal customs clearance, the seller is responsible for it.
