Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items
Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo, matching battery cargo.
Prohibited items: drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, etc.
Part 3. Rules for calculating weight
Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/8000=KG).

Maximum weight is 30kg. The length of one side cannot exceed 60CM, and the length + width cannot exceed 80CM.
Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions
The VAT threshold is 0 and only goods with a declared value of ≤ 150 Euros are accepted. Please fill in the valid IOSS number when creating the order. If the IOSS provided by the sender is invalid, our company will give priority to the VAT payment service and add 2% customs clearance fee. Use English to fill in the order information correctly, the recipient’s name and detailed address should be accurate and complete, and do not use general words such as Sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts, Tools, etc. in the description of the goods.

All of France, except for military addresses.
Part 7. Compensation clause
If the goods are lost, compensation will be paid according to the declared value, up to 200RMB per ticket. 25 days for submitting the open check within the issuance of the goods inquiry and claim, no compensation will be accepted afterwards.
Part 8. Return and redelivery
If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse, the return fee is 20 RMB/ticket. Redelivery fee 50RMB/ticket.
Part 9. Cautions
CE certification information and CE marking on the product is required for electronic products.
