5. Tariff

6. Claims settlement
Registered parcel : if the parcel is lost before going online and not going online within 30 days from the date of issue, the post office will confirm the loss and compensate according to the declared value of the goods, up to $100 per ticket, and refund the shipping cost. If the parcel is lost after going online, the post office will confirm the compensation according to the compensation rules of the post office and the declared value of the goods.
