Part 2. Transportable items and prohibited items

Transportable items: general cargo, built-in battery cargo.

Prohibited items: knives, bows and crossbows, drugs, food products, white powders, hazardous materials, tobacco, alcohol, matches, lighters, alcohol, smoke agents, bleach, infringing products, flora and fauna, etc.

Part 3. Rules for calculating weight

Enter in G as unit. The actual weight of the package compared with the volume weight, take the larger one to calculate (volume weight is calculated as:L*W*H cm/6000=KG).

Part 4. Cargo weight & size requirements

Minimum weight is 50g, less than 50g are billed according to 50g, maximum weight is 30kg. size regulation: length + width + height ≤ 140cm, the longest side ≤ 105cm.

Part 5. Declaration and taxation instructions

New Zealand customs duty starting point: 1000 NZD, only DDU service is accepted for the time being. Parcels exceeding 1000 NZD declared value will not be accepted for the time being.

Part 6. Delivery area

No remote fee for the whole area. When the buyer is not at home, it can be delivered to the customer’s door mailbox.

Part 7. Compensation clause

1、Loss before going online will be compensated according to the declared value, up to 100RMB, and after going online will be compensated according to the post office.

2、Compensation for loss must be applied for within 90 days after shipment. If the goods are shipped for more than 90 days, inspection of the goods can be accepted, but no claim application will be accepted.

Part 8. Return and redelivery

Returned to overseas warehouse due to unknown address and other reasons: CNY66 per parcel.

Parcels returned to overseas warehouse for re-delivery will be subject to re-delivery charges depending on the weight of the re-delivered goods.

Part 9. Cautions

Declaration information tips: use English to fill in the order information correctly, the complete name and detailed address of the recipient should be accurate and complete, the zip code and city continent province consistent, product name, quantity, value and other cargo information must be accurately and truthfully declared to ensure that it is consistent with the cargo list, if the declaration does not match, resulting in customs clearance delays or return, customs detention and other consequences shall be borne by the sender.

a) Do not use general words such as Sample, Accessories, Gift, Parts, Tools, etc. in the product description.

b) Product descriptions with box, toy, bag, case, luggage, tool, frame, pillow, table will make customs suspect that it may be made of wood, bamboo, feathers, it is recommended to indicate the material when declaring.

c) Description of products susceptible to customs inspection: auto Parts, bulb, diagnostic tool, fishing tackle, food containers,horn, pet collar, powder puff, stone toys, brush, mat, mask, decoration.
